Cancellation
Where orders are cancelled prior to dispatch, Svaram reserves the right to deduct banking, and, where goods have already been packed for dispatch, also packing charges as applicable, from the refundable amount.
Returns
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Returns are allowed only if a wrong item has been shipped by us, or you receive the goods in damaged condition.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
The Client is required to test goods and shall be deemed to have accepted the goods 7 days after the delivery.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Approvals, Clearances, Safety
The Client will take care of all legal clearances, approvals, licenses and/or certifications that are needed for installing and/or operating the goods by the Client or anyone who will be permitted by the Client to use it or operate it.
Liability
Svaram shall not be liable for death, personal injury or damage, except for any attributable to Svaram negligence.
Svaram does not accept liability for any damage or loss caused by a variation to the services or goods or any changes in the goods made by others that are not Svaram.
Svaram shall not be liable for any default due to any circumstance beyond its reasonable control including, but not limited to, acts of god, war, civil unrest, riot, strike, and lock-down, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, flood, earthquake or shortage of supply or failure to deliver by our suppliers.
Non- Refundable/ Non- returnable Products / Services:
Certain Products / Services are non- returnable and Non Refundable: such products and services cannot be claimed under this refund / return policy.
